Have you ever heard of any technology named Li-Fi???
And I knew that some of you know about it but some didn't...
Li-Fi internet access can deliver 100 times faster than traditional wireless, offering speeds of up to 1 Gbps(gigabyte per second)
It requires a light source, LED such as a standard bulb, an internet connection and a photo detector.
One of the big advantages of LiFi is that unlike wifi, it does not interfere with other wireless signals, so could be utilized on aircraft and in other places where interference is an issue.
This technology uses visible light Communication to use visible light medium between 400 and 800 terahertz.
Visible light communications (VLC) works by switching the current to the LEDs off and on at a very high rate, too quick to be noticed by the human eye. Although Li-Fi LEDs would have to be kept on to transmit data, they could be dimmed to below human visibility while still emitting enough light to carry data. The light waves cannot penetrate walls which makes a much shorter range, though more secure from hacking, relative to Wi-Fi. Direct line of sight is not necessary for Li-Fi to transmit a signal; light reflected off the walls can achieve 70 Mbit/s.
Since light does not passes the wall, you do not have to worry about hacking of your internet connection by any other Guy...
